CPE Certified Sessions and Group Learning Opportunities

The breakouts at the Customer Excellence Conference aren’t your usual conference fare. Almost all of the courses are CPE certified. The "Oh! No!" sessions are all new this year, and will give you a chance to work out examples of everyday problems with a group of peers.

Rub Elbows with Users like You

Past attendees have mentioned that one of their favorite conference activities is to meet others in their market space. Each meal will have "birds of a feather" table signs so you can network with other users who share your interests.

Jumpstart Your Week with Pre-Conference Training

Two days of fun and learning not enough? Due to popular demand, there will be pre-conference training sessions covering all aspects of reporting on Tuesday, September 13 from 1:00 to 5:00 PM. Just Announced: Prize Drawing
